What we did
TTAP provided engineering-side support for a five-lot residential subdivision in Upper Hutt. We prepared the traffic impact assessment, gave engineering input through the consent and design stages, and developed a civil and pavement Schedule of Quantities for contractor pricing — with senior pavement and civil review of the quantities and scope.
Outcome
A development supported end to end on the engineering side — from transport assessment through to a priced civil and pavement scope ready to take to the contractor market.
