The IDM panel partner.
TTAP holds two NZTA IDM panel appointments — Pavement & Surfacing Design and Materials, Supply & Quality Assurance — across the central and lower North Island. Senior-led, locally resourced, and digitally evidenced end-to-end.
NZTA's Infrastructure Delivery Model separates design from delivery oversight, using regional panels of specialist providers to plan, design and quality-assure renewals across the state highway network. TTAP is appointed to both sides of that model in our network areas — we design the renewals, and we audit that what was designed is what gets built.

How we work
Senior-led, locally resourced
Local engineers, local field crews, local resources. An MSQA call-out gets a real engineer on site within hours, not days — staffed from our Kāpiti, New Plymouth and Hamilton hubs.
Digitally evidenced
Every test pit, hold point and audit is GPS-tagged with photo evidence in Survey 123, uploaded to NZTA's AWM system in near-real-time. No reconstructing rationale months later.
Real-time reporting
A monthly Power BI dashboard shows progress against AFWP commitments, hold-point performance, and non-conformance trends by contractor and network area — so NZTA's regional team sees the programme live.
Audit-defensible
Traceable digital evidence on every site lets NZTA defend investment decisions to Crown auditors and council co-funders, and feeds the next round of contractor selection.
