Bob has worked in transport engineering and transport planning for 18 years across NZTA Waka Kotahi, Hutt City Council, Jacobs and Beca. He has expert knowledge in transport project management, engineering assessment and design for roading, public transport and active modes; deep experience in the NZTA Business Case Approach; and end-to-end transport infrastructure asset experience spanning planning, funding, procurement, delivery, monitoring and maintenance. Bob holds a PhD candidacy in ITS (Auckland), MEng Transportation Engineering (Canterbury), BSc (Victoria) and is an NZTA-certified Procurement Specialist (NZQA L6).

Simon has over 25 years' experience leading and delivering transport and civil engineering projects in both client and consultant roles. Currently Contract Manager for the Kāpiti Coast District Council Road Maintenance Contract (2025–2028) and Project Technical Lead for the KCDC Walking and Cycling Plan Update, his earlier work spans Wellington City Council's Eastern Bays Shared Path, Wainuiomata Hill Shared Path, and The Beltway, the $50M Hutt Urban Cycleways Programme, Riverlink Active Modes, Let's Get Wellington Moving, and earlier UK motorway network maintenance on the M25. Holds BEng(Hons) Civil Engineering (Kingston University, UK) and is MEngNZ.

Anura is a Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) with over 20 years of international and New Zealand experience in the planning, design, supervision and management of road and highway projects — including municipal roads, rural roads, expressways and major highways. His expertise spans geometric design, pavement design, stormwater drainage, and road asset management, and he is proficient in 12D, Civil 3D, AutoCAD, ArcGIS Pro and flood-modelling tools (HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS). Anura is Chartered Member of Engineering New Zealand, NER APEC Engineer, and International Professional Engineer (Engineers Australia). Past projects include the Sri Lanka Central Expressway, the Wellington Airport Taxiway Bravo reconstruction, and the Hastings Flood Recovery programme.

Kamal is a highly skilled Civil Engineer with over 23 years' experience in the design, construction supervision and contract administration of municipal roads, rural roads, expressways and highways across New Zealand, Nepal, Qatar and Sri Lanka. His expertise spans highway design, municipal engineering, construction supervision, contract management, and MSQA across major corridors including Sri Lanka's Central Expressway CEP-01 (36 km, 6-lane), Southern Expressway Extension S3, and Qatar's CH2M Freeway. Kamal holds a BSc Eng in Civil Engineering (University of Peradeniya — Washington Accord), an MSc Structural Engineering, and is Member of Engineering New Zealand (MEngNZ).

Chaminda is a Chartered Civil Engineer (CEng) with over 20 years' experience in geometric, pavement, surfacing and drainage design for both urban and state-highway projects. At TTAP he leads three-waters design, District Plan and Council CODs compliance, and CODs drafting on residential subdivision work in the Wellington region (Emerald Hill, Cannon Point), and is leading the review of Porirua City Council's Construction Drawing Standards. Recent NZ work includes Johnsonville and Box Hill intersection upgrades for Wellington City Council and pavement rehabilitation designs for 25 NZTA sites across Taranaki and Northland. Chartered Member of Engineering New Zealand and member of the UK Chartered Institution of Highways & Transportation.

Charles is a Traffic Management and Infrastructure specialist with nearly two decades of leadership experience across public and private sectors. His previous role as Traffic Management Coordination Lead at the Wellington Transport Alliance built deep expertise in stakeholder collaboration, compliance oversight and network closure optimisation. Earlier roles include senior project management at Downer NZ, traffic asset leadership at Hutt City Council, and contract and corridor management with Wellington City Council. At TTAP he is part of the Harbour Quays Bus Priority project team and leads the KCDC Maintenance Inspector function. Charles holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Victoria), STMS Cat ABC NP qualification, and certifications in Project Management, CRM and Conflict Negotiation (Harvard Business).

Ana is a Senior Communications & Engagement Lead and Project Manager with extensive experience supporting the planning and delivery of public infrastructure programmes, particularly in roading and transport. She brings a delivery-focused approach to stakeholder and community engagement — helping councils manage expectations, reduce disruption and maintain trust through delivery. Recent TTAP engagements include comms leadership on the KCDC Road Maintenance Contract (2025–2028), the KCDC Traffic Monitoring Data Collection Programme (3+1+1 year), the Variable Electronic Speed Sign installations at 13 schools, and engagement for the PNCC CBD IBC and WCC Johnsonville Intersection Improvement. Holds PMP certification (2023), a Graduate Diploma in Creative Technology (WelTec) and a BA.Ed in Education.

Project Manager / Transport Planner

Wendy is TTAP's AWM Specialist and Project Manager with deep capability in Transport Asset Management and Road Maintenance Contract administration. She is AWM Super User for the Kāpiti Coast District Council Road Maintenance Contract — having set up the new contract in AWM from scratch and led training for the wider team — and has extensive experience across NZTA AWM for IDM contracts and councils' AWM systems including PCC, Tasman, WCC and Hutt. Wendy led the PCC AMPT Dashboard improvements (renewal scenario testing, financial-health metrics, RAMM integration) and contributed to the TDC AMP Dashboard Development. Holds BCom in Information Systems & Management (Victoria), PRINCE2 Practitioner, NZTA AWM/RAMM L2.

Jen is TTAP's Health & Safety Manager and Project Manager. She has built extensive expertise formulating health and safety policies, establishing comprehensive H&S systems and ensuring company compliance with the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015. Jen is a registered Site Safety Supervisor under Malaysia's Department of Occupational Safety and Health (Yellow Book), and an overseas-registered Traffic Management Officer under CIDB Malaysia. Recent NZ projects include the KCDC LCLR Safety Improvement Programme, Variable Electronic Speed Sign installation at 13 KCDC schools, and the KCDC Pedestrian Crossing Engineering Audit. Holds a Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health and a Professional Certificate in Project Management.

Hydrology & Drainage Design Engineer

Prashad is a Hydrology and Drainage Design Engineer with six years' experience delivering flood modelling, stormwater and groundwater network design, and pavement and highway drainage projects across New Zealand, Sri Lanka and Qatar. He holds a BSc Civil Engineering (Honours) from the Sri Lanka Institute of Information Technology (NZQA Level 7). At TTAP he supports transport-effects, subdivision and infrastructure work with 1D and 2D flood modelling (HEC-RAS, InfoWorks ICM, HEC-HMS), stormwater and groundwater network design (Sewer GEM, Info Drainage), and GIS-based deep-learning land classification. His New Zealand-context experience spans residential development drainage assessments across Auckland, Tauranga and Waiheke; his international portfolio includes the Sri Lanka Central Expressway, a World Bank-funded flood study for SACEP, and major urban drainage programmes in Qatar with Parsons International.

She develops practical geospatial tools that turn complex datasets into clear, decision-ready insights — supporting programme development, legal change documentation, option assessment and performance reporting. Yiyao is proficient in ArcGIS Pro and advanced data workflows, integrating spatial data with asset systems and dashboards. Recent engagements include WCC's Speed Management Plan, Kāpiti Coast Road Maintenance (AWM integration), and AMPT/AMP dashboard work for PCC and TDC.

Civil Engineering Technician

Washington is a Civil and Development Engineer supporting TTAP's engineering design, development engineering and infrastructure delivery work, with a focus on subdivision and land development projects. His role includes preparing roading, drainage, signage and road-marking design drawings; supporting traffic engineering and three-waters design, earthwork planning and culvert design; and ensuring District Plan and Council standards compliance. Recent TTAP projects include Emerald Hill and Cannon Point subdivisions, the Mangawhai Traffic Impact Assessment for Kaipara District Council, Onehunga Mall Master Plan input, and Takapu Road Safety Improvement for WCC. Holds MEng Civil Engineering (University of Auckland, 2024) and BEng Civil Engineering (Southeast University, 2016).

Stu is a Transport Data Analyst and Modeller who applies his Computer Science background within the transport modelling space. He is proficient across AIMSUN, SIDRA Networks, Power BI, Python, Java and SQL/PostgreSQL, and is a member of the New Zealand Modelling User Group (NZMUGS). At TTAP he has developed Aimsun models for WCC's Harbour Quays Bus Priority business case, PNCC's CBD Indicative Business Case (including bus hub patronage, crash and Power BI dashboard models), Auckland Transport's Favona Corridor study, and the Box Hill and Johnsonville intersection improvement projects. Holds BSc Computer Science from Victoria University of Wellington.

Trish Blyth

Trish Blyth

Contract Administrator

Trish brings over 30 years of Contract Administration experience across multiple industries, with deep recent experience supporting Road Maintenance Contracts on the Kāpiti Coast and Wellington networks. Her skill set spans DataScape and AWM administration, RAMM asset inventory management, accounts payable and receivable, payroll administration, service requests, financial reconciliation, and communications with residents and stakeholders. Before joining TTAP in 2025, Trish was Contract Administrator at Higgins on the KCDC Maintenance Network (2019–2025), Contract Administrator at Wellington City Council (2018–2019), and Office Administrator at Fulton Hogan (2005–2013).

Office Administrator

Jinyi "Joy" Wang joined TTAP in May 2026 as Office Administrator. She brings six years of customer service, operations and team coordination experience from luxury retail roles with CHANEL (Nanjing) and Christian Dior (Shanghai), plus recent retail management in Auckland. Joy holds a Master's degree in International Fashion Management from Nottingham Trent University and a Bachelor's degree in Fashion and Apparel Design from Jiangxi Institute of Fashion. At TTAP she supports day-to-day office coordination, scheduling and administrative operations across the Lower Hutt office.
