Prashad is a Hydrology and Drainage Design Engineer with six years' experience delivering flood modelling, stormwater and groundwater network design, and pavement and highway drainage projects across New Zealand, Sri Lanka and Qatar. He holds a BSc Civil Engineering (Honours) from the Sri Lanka Institute of Information Technology (NZQA Level 7). At TTAP he supports transport-effects, subdivision and infrastructure work with 1D and 2D flood modelling (HEC-RAS, InfoWorks ICM, HEC-HMS), stormwater and groundwater network design (Sewer GEM, Info Drainage), and GIS-based deep-learning land classification. His New Zealand-context experience spans residential development drainage assessments across Auckland, Tauranga and Waiheke; his international portfolio includes the Sri Lanka Central Expressway, a World Bank-funded flood study for SACEP, and major urban drainage programmes in Qatar with Parsons International.
