The problem we solve
A council's roading budget is set by the strength of its asset case. Weak asset data, a thin Activity Management Plan, or no clear level-of-service story means under-funding — or funding that can't be defended when the auditor or the investor asks why.
TTAP builds the asset case: AMPs and forward works programmes on clean RAMM / AWM data, level-of-service frameworks, dashboards, and the financial health metrics that make the funding application defensible.

How we work
- 01
Build the asset picture
We get RAMM / AWM data into shape so the asset picture is accurate and trustworthy.
- 02
Set levels of service
We develop level-of-service and dLoS frameworks that match the network and the community's needs.
- 03
Programme & fund
We build the forward works programme and the AMP, and support the funding application.
- 04
Report & dashboard
We report asset health and performance through Power BI dashboards that keep the picture live.

Who leads this work
Frequently asked
Can you get our RAMM data into shape before the next AMP?
Yes — RAMM and AWM configuration and administration is core to what we do, and clean asset data is the foundation a defensible AMP and funding application both stand on.
Do you build the AMP, the dashboard, or both?
Both. We prepare Activity Management Plans and forward works programmes, and build the Power BI dashboards (as we've done for council networks) so the asset story stays live rather than sitting in a three-yearly document.
Can you help defend our roading funding application?
Yes. Level-of-service frameworks and asset financial health metrics (ASR, AIR, ACR) turn your asset data into the evidence an NZTA Transport Activity funding application needs.
