The problem we solve
On NZTA and council maintenance and capital contracts, the RCA needs independent assurance that what was specified is what got built — to the standard, with the evidence, and with claims and variations tested rather than waved through. Without it, quality risk and cost risk land back on the RCA after the contractor has moved on.

We agree the hold points, inspection regime and evidence standard with the RCA and contractor up front, so assurance is built into delivery rather than bolted on.

Surveil & inspect
Independent site surveillance and hold-point inspection capture quality at the point it's built, with GPS-tagged digital evidence.

Certify & review
We certify interim payments and assess EOT, variation and claim submissions on the evidence — protecting both quality and cost.

Close out & report
Non-conformances are tracked to close-out and the contract is reported monthly, leaving an audit-defensible record.

What does an MSQA engineer actually do on my contract?
We're the RCA's independent eyes on quality and cost: we inspect at hold points, certify interim payments, assess extension-of-time and variation claims, and track non-conformances to close-out — all on a digitally evidenced audit trail. Can you provide MSQA on the NZTA state highway network?
