When do I need an Integrated Transport Assessment (ITA)?
Usually when a development is large enough, or close enough to a sensitive part of the network, that the council needs to understand its transport effects before granting consent. Do you plan for all modes, or just roads?
All modes. Network and corridor planning covers general traffic, freight, public transport and active modes together — because a plan that fixes one mode by breaking another isn't a plan.
Can you support our Long-Term Plan or speed-management programme?
Yes. We support council long-term and annual planning, and we develop speed management plans under the Setting of Speed Limits rule, with the evidence and engagement to back them.
