For Local Councils
Senior-led transport support for your roading programme, business cases and asset management
Councils carry the whole transport lifecycle — long-term planning, business cases for funding, maintenance and renewals, safety, and the asset data behind every investment decision. You need advisors who understand the NZTA investment system, can defend a case to your elected members and to the Transport Agency, and who stay involved from proposal to delivery.
TTAP is built for exactly that. Our senior people lead the work directly — no grad-led delivery, no sub-contractor opacity — across business cases, transport modelling, MSQA, pavement and surfacing, asset management and safety. We already support councils across Wellington, the Hutt Valley, Kāpiti, Porirua, Manawatū and beyond.
Why TTAP
NZTA investment system fluency

Evidence your members can trust
Modelling, monitoring dashboards and safety analysis that turn technical work into decisions communities and councillors understand.
